Refund & Return Policy

Returns
Because our products include stickers and other stationery items, we can only accept returns for unused, unopened items.

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
